The machine is dirty...even in the water tank where there were pieces of polystyrene and other dirt, and even a hair on the coffee tank. The cardboard insert smells of cold cigarettes. What's more, there are no instructions. We had the choice between buying new on Amazon at the same price or buying second-hand to avoid over-consumption... Really disappointed...
