The thing is completely rubbish. It can't play the most common video formats, the internet is slow even with a connected LAN cable, new apps can't be installed at all in some cases, it can't be switched off completely but only put into standby, the language looks like it was written with Google Translator, there have been no system updates since 2019 and sometimes it can't even be switched on. Unfortunately, it's a waste of money.

Antenna connection did not work. Although I received instructions on how it could work, when I connect an aerial cable I expect to get a connection and not have to make any complicated settings on the TV set. Antenna connection otherwise works perfectly with other devices. Return very cumbersome and somewhat inaccurate. I had the impression that the answer was given automatically. It is stated that the dealer will get back to you after 24 hours. The last time I enquired, more than 24 hours had passed.

I bought this TV a year ago. I wasn't expecting great quality given the price. It would have lasted me a year. Today, more and more goals, applications no longer open, the TV switches off, and since today I can no longer open either YouTube or Molotov without the screen switching off... As far as I'm concerned, of all the purchases I've made on BM, it's the least profitable...

J'aurais défié quiconque de me dire la différence avec une TV neuve. Parfait, rien à redire à tous niveaux ! Ce n'est pas mon premier achat chez Back Market, et ce ne sera pas le dernier 😁

Le son et l'image ne sont pas fous. J'avais une samsung avant et cela n'avait rien à voir, malheureusement mon ex est parti avec et ça reste un budget. La TV Element fait le taff mais si vous êtes amateurs de bon son et de belles images, ce ne sera pas la bonne.
