After two disastrous attempts, I finally found the real back market. like previous purchases, everything in less than 5 days. and in perfect condition. do not sell Rowenta hoovers from Spain.. even if I think something commercial.. but impec my Dyson.

I have nothing to say. The product arrived perfectly packaged, as good as new in fact. No trace of previous use.

Maybe we've got the wrong model, but the one we've been given seems to be pretty weak compared to the one our children gave us, which we were tempted by. But never mind, we'll make the best of it.

Like new. Works very well Just one point to mention: the suction of coarse dust, such as cat litter grains, makes a lot of noise and I'm afraid it could damage the tank.

As with all items purchased on Back Market, nothing to complain about, excellent product and as advertised!
