Bought my first Dyson here at a great discount (almost two thirds off). Perfect delivery, professional quality packaging with all the relevant documentation. The hoover is in like new condition, sucks extremely well and makes much less noise than a supermarket hoover (my cat sleeps when I vacuum). All the parts are in perfect condition and the hoover and its parts are clearly solid and of high quality. The power cord in particular is very long, thick and flexible, the power socket is solid and the hose both flexible and strong. The footprint is small when the hoses are removed, and it's easy to dismantle and reassemble, with the red sprockets clearly visible. The sled runs smoothly and quietly. The only drawback is that when you're used to upright hoovers, the hoover is quite heavy (>8kg) and you quickly feel the fatigue, and the head of the hoover is a bit difficult to handle, but that's really all you can complain about. Final TTC rating: 18/20 I'd definitely recommend it, unless you're elderly or have a weak constitution.
