Devialet Phantom Reactor 600 - White

Thieves! Flee! Pregnant bought on 30 April, very long delivery time because dispatched on 4 May and arrived in relay on 10 May whereas supposedly they offer the delivery in 24h! In the meantime I changed my mind and didn't collect the parcel, which had to go back to the reconditioner! In the end I was asked for a certificate of honour / identity card / address and even a complaint! Everything is provided in order to send the customer packing and make him lose €1,088 free of charge! Refund refused for some unknown reason! I never saw a trace of the parcel, Chronopost was unable to locate it, but the customer was robbed! This is extremely serious and if nothing gets sorted out there will be another complaint but this time against backmarket directly for abusive practices and theft!

The item is in order but was delivered in black instead of white.
