On ne m'a pas envoyé le bon ordinateur, sans m'en informer (c'est moi qui ai posé la question après quelques vérifications), sans m'expliquer pourquoi, et même sans aucune excuse. Lorsque j'ai rencontré des bugs (problème de chargement et bug clavier), malgré 2 renvois en SAV, ce n'est toujours pas résolu. Bref : service client et SAV sont déplorables.
