Delivery was quick however the laptop arrived with incorrect charger. It wasn't charged so couldn't switch it on to test till I managed to get a charger which made me stressed because I was travelling away in a few days. Once on after the original setting up I also had to install windows 11 because it wasn't done before they sent it. I ordered excellent but i think its more a great since there was a sign of use on the touchpad. Other than this the laptop function well and has a good battery. Support took 5days to issue credit for the charger.

Great price, laptop works perfectly and battery life is good. Bought for uni work and it’s great and lightweight design. There was some marks (to be expected) on the hardware and a couple of the keys are not programmed correctly but not a big deal. Super happy and saved a lot of money buying from here (:

I am really impressed with the quality of the device I received, and the speed of delivery. I have used BackMarket before, and as usual, the one thing that sticks out is value for money.

okish, did not charge when arrived, needed a new charger which my daughter brought for me soo not good to start😠

Didn't get the exact model I ordered but huge props to Anderson Phaloon in customer support for helping to reach a good resolution.

Dear Sir/Madam I write regarding Order number 7661410, DPD UK Tracking No 15976708749320. 1. You very nearly had an instant cancellation when your e-mail of 28 Jan stated "our order is now expected to arrive between 02/02/26 and 02/03/26." I assumed this to be an error, but it caused uncertainty in an urgent situation. 2. We failed to spot that you act as intermediary to third party suppliers. Previously we have had issues with some refurb companies, with whom we no longer do business. So it was entirely my fault that I learned that if BackMarket cannot provide their advertised product due I think, to what you called 'stock issues', the order is fulfilled by someone else, which could likely be one of the companies we chose not to patronise. 3. I fully understand dings and scratches being classified as a 'fair' condition. But multiple bits of plastic lettered tape, covering keys presumably with worn-out lettering, we think that goes beyond 'Fair'. It's more 'Tacky'. Paying 240 quid to pass a laptop with adhesive tape-covered keys to an employee isn't a good look. 4. Sadly, our pressing circumstances will not allow us to engage in the shenanigans of return/refund/re-buy. Unhappily yours Barry Watts MBE

Laptop started, got incredibly hot and overheated within 1 minute, froze and now won't even start. Badly packaged so it was not secure in the box at all, needed a lot more packaging. Also has many marks and scratches on, certainly not as described. very unimpressed, avoid!
