PC received ahead of schedule. Perfectly packaged for safe transport. On examination, signs of wear that I had not anticipated on the bottom.... But it's simply that the definition of Grade is different between the refurbisher and Backmarket. Note that these traces are limited to an invisible area when using the machine. From a software point of view, the machine is well configured under Windows 11 Pro with no apparent errors and a correctly configured BIOS too. RAS Satisfied with this purchase, which should last a long time given the construction of the PC!

Order, dispatch and appearance were perfect. No scratches or dents. The first impression was great. After about a month, it no longer charged fully and the battery only lasted for about 1.5 hours. I reported this problem and was told to send the laptop in. But that's the problem....I had purchased programmes in the meantime. Today's laptops no longer have a drive. This was the case with this model. I was told that I should make a backup copy before sending it in because the laptop will probably be reset to factory settings or the laptop will be replaced. However, some programmes can only be registered once and I would have to buy the programmes again when replacing or resetting the laptop. I wasn't prepared to do that. You would just have to replace the battery and the problem would be solved. I won't be buying a laptop from BackMarket again.

I received another device from you and when I sent it back, instead of sending me the model I had ordered, you gave me a refund and 2 days later the price of the Dell Latitude 7400 went up.

Very good product, Windows 11 was pre-installed and the final installation was quick and easy. I am satisfied with this purchase

If I could put 0 stars on it, that's probably what I would have done. I ordered a Dell Latitude 7400 PC with 1TB of storage and 32GB of ram. I received a Dell Latitude 7400 with 500GB of storage and 16GB of ram. After almost three weeks of daily reminders to customer service, I was told that the refurbisher had run out of 1TB disks and that the computer I had ordered would be delivered with 32GB (!!!). That's it: give me my money back and I'll go to FNAC.
