Dell Latitude 7310 13-inch (2020) - Core i5 - Gen 10 (U) - 8GB - SSD 256 GB QWERTZ - German

This laptop came in good working condition, however the soft plastic material was extremely sticky. I raised this issue with Backmarket support, who told me I needed to clean it with some isopropyl alcohol solution. This did clean the sticky residue however I was disappointed that it arrived in this state. I don't think that this meets the minimum standards for even a "Fair" standard refurbishment.

Laptop was in good condition

On purchasing my laptop, I noticed that the charging cable wasn't working right and it also had a software issue, which I related to the reps, they asked that I send it back and get it fixed, I did and to my surprise, they only changed the charging cable, the software issue still persisted and now, my laptop isn't coming on and it hasn't been up to six months I got this laptop.

I ordered it in a hurry because the battery in my old one exploded. I've been using it for a fortnight now, just in terms of the battery as I didn't get a new one. It discharges faster depending on the software I use, but it's not really a problem. I'm just careful not to use it while it's charging. I'd definitely recommend it!

Pc received 15 days ago, I took a correct state, received in perfect condition, plasturgy nickel, ssd with 90% of general condition, slab in perfect condition, 0 pixel dead, by cons battery totally h.s.... 20 min on battery with energy saving activity, even with the backlight deactivated! So I'm going to have to change the battery for a new one! Top delivery, great protection! Highly recommend

It's very practical, easy to use and works perfectly. The only downside is that the PC arrived very dirty! Sticky with crumbs on the keyboard. A quick wipe with wipes would have been perfect!

The computer is very light and practical, despite a slight problem with the battery, which drains quickly. It's more than adequate for the price.
