My Laptop arrived in immaculate condition, there was absolutely no signs of wear, it looks brand new. All i needed to do was connect to my wifi and within minutes I was ready to go..I have purchased numerous items from Black Market and every time I have been delighted with my devices. Decided to buy from BackMarket again as I was so impressed with the Sony phone I bought a few years ago. Great laptop, quite a high spec for a little over £400. More than a 'micro-scratch visible from 20cms away' on the top, which would have been a disappointment if I'd splashed out on a Mac, but I didn't, I bought a low-cost tool, so I can live with it. Lovely keyboard, good enough screen, and it's easy to upgrade to 32Gb of RAM. Would buy again from these guys.

regarding order 37543673 the laptop was shipped and I was refunded. Your customer service now want me to pay Vyta. I am not interested. I want to pay Backmarket and get my extended warranty reinstated.
