I'm so pleased with my laptop that I ordered another one for my mum. I did my own research as to what to order spec-wise. The service has been great - quick delivery and to say this is "fair" condition it's practically perfect.

Love it! Absolutely delighted! And thrilled that it has touch screen… a feature I wanted, but wasn’t aware it came with and assumed it didn’t. This was to replace a very old touch screen laptop, so that really made my day! And as for the “fair” condition, the only visible marks are on the bottom and even those aren’t big! Well chuffed!

Everything is running well, no issues so far. Can't complain about anything at all especially considering price. Condition, in my opinion, is better than good. Beyond impressed with this laptop and the whole process.

The laptop has a few minor cosmetic imperfections, particularly on the underside. However, its performance remains excellent. All functions operate flawlessly, with quick and reliable responsiveness. The display is impressive and well-suited to my needs. Overall, it is a remarkable computer that offers strong capabilities at a very competitive price.

My relationship is only just beginning, having just switched it on and installed a few programmes. Am hoping to get more up and personal in the next few days - when I have plucked up courage to play with it! Thank you for your encouragement.
