Dell ChromeBook 3189 Celeron N3060 1.6 GHz 32GB SSD - 4GB AZERTY - French

I was expecting the keyboard in French (it was the reason why I bought it) as it is advertised on the main page and in the product data sheet and even a favourable comment from a French woman, although it also says that it is reconditioned with stickers with the letters in Spanish. I wonder if these stickers can be removed. On the other hand, you have to press the letter O a bit too hard. Apart from everything else, it is very fast and the touch screen makes things much easier. As this is the first time I've used a Chromebook, I'm slowly getting used to it. Best regards

- First problem: The keyboard stickers: the ",?" button is missing. I have two "M" keys on my keyboard, which is really impractical, especially when I need to type a question mark or a comma! - Second problem: The mains cable that plugs into the transformer has been cobbled together with a sort of domino, and as a result there's a false contact! Really disappointed, I am surprised coming from BackMarket which usually provides quality but I am really dissatisfied! I won't be ordering from this seller again and I'm wary of BackMarket now...

Avoid. I ordered a 32GB and received a 16GB. So I contacted customer service (who are very attentive) to exchange it. It was my partner's Christmas present, but in the end I had to send it back to get a 32GB as planned. 10 days later I received the new computer, and a second time they sent me a 16GB!
