Brother HL-L8260CDW Color laser

Hello, I have not received the model I ordered, nor even a similar printer. I received the bottom of the range monochrome. What's more, the return has been paid for, but I have to find a UPS point, print a label (which is why I bought a printer) and carry the parcel, which weighs several kilos. very disappointed

Totally rubbish service. Before ordering, having a big doubt, I asked BM to verify the existence and characteristics of the product on sale. BM's reply: we cannot answer this question. Only the seller can. Order and if there is a problem, ask for a refund. Obviously, the product was not compliant: I received a B&W laser printer instead of a colour one. So back to sender in Holland, big disappointment, waste of time and bravo for the carbon footprint. So Back Market is definitely finished for me and I won't be recommending it to anyone.
