Super delivery Very very well protected product Honestly this coffee maker is brand new, not the slightest trace of use. There are no micro-scratches and contrary to the image that appears on the screen, I ordered it in "perfect condition" and this is how it is labelled on the order form that I received. Thank you BackMarket I live in France and it was sold new at the same price in the outlet (the colour was no longer available) on the Belgian kitchenaid site, which told me it could not send it to me, asking me to order it from the French site where it was not sold. They then offered to order it at the undiscounted price of 449 euros from a sales site and that they would then send it to me. To add insult to injury, you sent it to me from Belgium at the desired price of 269.40 euros. So far it's working really well and the coffee is delicious (tested on receipt). Many thanks again

Only a small part of the water tank lid is broken off. It is fully functional. Always happy to use it again.

The machine is in perfect condition and the small parts even look new. On the other hand, the title "Kitchenaid Nespresso Compatible Coffee Maker" explicitly states that the machine is compatible with Nespresso capsules, which is in no way the case. Well done to Back Market for the service, a little less so to KitchenAid Belgium for not knowing its own range...
