    My purchase of a professional SLR, given as being in very good condition, was a big disappointment: the sensor was dirty (not a speck of dust, the whole top was full of dust, there was also a more diffuse stain) and the body was not to be outdone: the protective cover was damaged and there were big scratches in certain places. For an SLR retailer, this is an aberration. The return and refund was done correctly but it was a very bad experience.
