Hello I received this camera in a correct packing the camera works well I test it since one week there is practically no physical defect only a small rubbing on the barrel of the lens without incidence the box is delivered almost complete there is the box of origin a new battery the charger it misses the belt of origin and the cable with a computer there is also the complete doc in any language and the CD can have more instruction thus the perfect assessment for the moment all is well I advise to buy this camera in a good condition. charger the original belt and the cable to connect it to a computer are missing there is also the complete documentation in all languages and the CD disc may have more instructions so the balance is perfect for the moment everything is fine I advise buying this reconditioned equipment which allows you to make serious savings

The camera is in perfect condition, delivered quickly, with instructions, battery charger, cable and memory card. It's a pity that you don't know exactly what's in the box when you order; I would have liked to know more, especially as there's no shoulder strap.

The device itself is very good. But when I bought it in perfect condition, I received a damaged appliance that was hardly in the same condition as the original. As the price is still displayed on the device, there is a 150 e difference! Back Market was moderately responsive, taking 5 days to get a response from the customer service department. Very disappointed even though I was a regular customer...
