Avaya 4610SW Landline telephone

The device seems to be perfect, but unfortunately we can't use it. When I ordered it, I was aware that I could use the IP telephone in our standard home installation. So it was a bad purchase on my part. Can I send it back? Kind regards L. Reichert

Hello, The device is definitely out of order! I received this phone bare, without any cables; after plugging the device in with my spare cables to my internet box, this phone crackles, but there's no connection, the earpiece is silent, and there's no sign of connection or power! Could you send me a Chronopost return label to send it back, and provide me with a purchase voucher so I can buy a phone in good condition that actually works. Thank you in advance and kind regards.
