Hello This is the first time that we have had a problem with Back Market products and I am disappointed with my purchase. I have to say that I am very disappointed with my purchase. Some of the buttons do not work at all and others need to be pressed hard to work. The computer has been turned on but I can't get it to start up. I have been unable to get the computer to work, but I have been unable to get it to work at all. Thank you in advance as this is a Christmas present and we would like the problem to be resolved as soon as possible. Mr Sanchez
