The laptop is in very good condition, as indicated, and very satisfactory for refurbished. However, the keyboard is not in French, as indicated, but German - do you have a solution for me?

Absolutely miserable. The computer arrived with a completely dead battery (6700mha available out of 50000) and a speaker that didn't work. It was supposed to be in "very good condition". This could have been checked by turning on the computer, which was totally unprofessional. Wasted time and money, I absolutely do not recommend. No problems with delivery or packaging but don't try to round up my bill when I've received rubbish.

Ordi qui souffle un peu, mais c'est peut être son seul défaut, parmi tant de qualités. Service client à l'écoute, réactif, et qui a su corriger un mauvais départ avec brio.
