unfortunately it doesn't fit under the bed because the circle is raised and bumps against all the furniture, including the toilet etc., so flat would be better. Performance & look terrific and wonderful. pretty and cute how it moves in the room. exciting functions. absolutely recommend buying it.

We received our robot 2 days before delivery, well packaged, almost like new when unpacked, and excellent to use. Very satisfied with the service and the product for a first for BacMarket (without L).

Very satisfactory robot vacuum cleaner/washer for the price, I bought it in perfect condition and it was in perfect condition when I received it. Everything was practically new, and the protective plastic was there too. It vacuums very well and washes well (although you have to be aware that it won't remove large stains, it does make for a hygienic floor). There's an app on the phone to manage a LOT of things (suction power, mapping, time/date programming, etc). It remains to be seen whether it lasts over time! I recommend it.

On the BackMarket side, the after-sales service was top-notch, and they were extremely helpful in following up my problem! On the sales side, however, it was a disaster. The product itself doesn't work too badly. The suction is good, and it goes pretty well everywhere. On the other hand, the application for controlling the robot is very poor: you can't change the floor plans very much, the robot recreates them each time you use it, it's not intuitive and the manual control mode doesn't work. On the other hand, I was supposed to receive a mopping robot, but the water tank was missing. Thanks to BackMarket's after-sales service, the seller sent me back an accessory except... he sent me a mop instead of the tank. He then said that the tank was in my parcel (which is not true). What's more, the robot was full of dust when I received it, and the various components were already well used (the main brush, the filter and the side brush were all over 50% used! ). If I come to BackMarket, it's to get reconditioned, not second-hand! In short, it's not a great product, but it's OK, on the other hand it's a seller to avoid, I got my money back! Many thanks again to BackMarket for their help!

A product in perfect condition, arrived a day early. Also pleased with the product itself, no need to vacuum twice a day, despite having two children and a dog. The robot hoover does it for us and leaves us with a nice barefoot floor. Thank you BackMarket

The product was received in the correct condition, just the side brush was a bit damaged and eventually broke. I had to replace it at my own expense, when 2 out of 3 brushes broke after 3 or 4 aspirations
