27-inch Dell S2718D LCD Monitor Grey

I've only had good experiences with Backmarket so far, but unfortunately I was disappointed with my last order. The product was unfortunately delivered defective, whereby I suspect that the error occurred in the packaging, because I can't imagine how the screen holder should tear off during delivery. I could understand that, because of course mistakes always happen. But this is topped by the delivery partner Chronopost. The return still hasn't arrived after 23 days, and judging by the poor translations and lousy reviews, it seems to be no secret how bad and unreliable Chronopost is. What irritates me even more is that I keep getting enquiries from Backmarket about how satisfied I am with the product, after I have already sent it back and obviously don't use it. At the same time, of course, I don't want to block Backmarket from sending me information about my return. I think it's a shame that I'm now stuck with over 300 EUro for an indefinite period of time and can't predict whether or when I'll get my money back. Of course, the service I wrote to can't know that either, and I was a little disappointed by the reply, which pointed out that there were delivery bottlenecks again on 13 December, which I know and can check.
