    Unfortunately I have had problems with this laptop since day 1. It arrived set to Spanish and it was not enough to change the language from the settings. I had to call Microsoft Assistance who after many unsuccessful attempts had to reinstall Windows from scratch. The whole thing took 7 hours on the phone with Microsoft Assistance. Despite this, Internet Explorer continues to give me results in Spanish. The laptop's operating system, however, is finally in English now. Also, the mini port for connecting the external screen does not work. I am considering whether to keep or return the laptop at this point.

However, the item I received had a weathered surface, one damaged area and several stylus tips were well worn, which tells me that the item has been used a lot. Finally, the tablet came from Spain, took longer than expected and, above all, the billing address on the invoice was my delivery address. I had filled in the fields correctly.
