Always problem with this mac,

Absolutely satisfied with my purchase. The "reconditioner's" packaging is reliable and efficient. I knew the Apple brand, my old machine was already an iMac. This new version forced me to review my automatisms, but I did it with pleasure as it is so user-friendly. I was a bit worried about the reconditioning, but apparently it's a reliable and very economical solution. What's more, the machine I received is in perfect condition, as specified in my order.

I was looking for a 2019 MacBook Pro as a substitute for a previous MacBook that I had to give back. The computer works as it should and it was easy to set it up. The battery doesn't last as long as a new one, and sometimes the computer overheats, but these are minor things considering how cheap it was (630 euros) compared to a new one. I chose a refurbished computer because I wanted the peace of mind of something that 1) had been checked and 2) with a warranty, which you don't get if you buy used

I was looking for a new Mac after more than 10 years from the previous one; an IT friend recommended this site and selected a range of proposals. The friend's and the site's reliability moved me from a conviction (prejudice or fear that it was): that of buying second-hand, 'because you never know, even the best refurbished ones over time might turn out to be lacking in some way', I thought. In these very first days of use I can enjoy a MacBook Pro 16" touch bar retina indistinguishable from a new one: the external conditions are perfect in every component, and on the functioning at the moment I can say the same. The battery is new and it shows. Everything, moreover, arrived perfectly packaged and protected, just the charger jolted a little in the packaging, but still surrounded by cardboard. I don't think I will have to update the review or -worse- have any complaints in the future; at the moment I am totally satisfied!

I bought a reconditioned 2019 macbook pro 15" retina I7, 6 core, I couldn't make a better choice. Impeccable computer, really great with the touch bar which I like so much even though in the higher models they removed it. Everything in perfect condition, like new! And received 4 days ahead of estimated delivery date. Great!!!

MacBook Air M1 (202) refurbished by Okamac. I ordered a MacBook in perfect condition with new battery, 16GB RAM - 1000GB SSD - English QWERTY and I'm delighted, this MacBook Air is like new, very clean, perfect screen, no obvious scratches, a mini mark on one of the corners but really minimal. I checked the battery and it's as good as new. It arrived with Mac OS Sequoia installed, so all I had to do was complete the installation by entering my personal data. I've been using it for 2 weeks now and everything is perfect! Thank you Okamac 👍 Delivered with instructions to calibrate the new battery and a small booklet to finish configuring and getting to grips with this Mac with an explanation of the warranty. Very much appreciated. On the other hand, beware of the refurbisher YesAgain, I had placed my 1st order for the same computer which after several weeks was never delivered, DHL tracking blocked at customs in Germany, the computer coming from the Arab Emirates while YesAgain is in France near Toulouse!? No communication from YesAgain about follow-up or delivery times, very frustrating and unprofessional! Fortunately, BackMarket's customer service is very responsive, answering my...

This is the first time I've bought a refurbished product and I'm very satisfied. My new MacBook Pro 15 arrived in quality packaging, and it's like new and works perfectly. I highly recommend it!

The laptop was delivered on time, in the condition in which it was purchased, correct. Works perfectly, battery life at 88%, but it's good enough for uni and as a secondary laptop. Perfect screen, no scratches or dead pixels. Keyboard as good as new, great. Charger fine, original, but functional. Anyway, satisfied with the purchase, reconditioned. It's the second macbook I've bought and in both cases, I recommend 100%.
