I panicked a bit when it didn’t say it was dispatched when estimated but the next day it updated with the previous date and going by postage it was sent on the estimated date as I got it in the post that day.     I had an extremely frustrating experience. I purchased two phones Samsung S21 excellent condition. Upon checking the battery status in both phones, it showed they were weak, and Samsung recommended replacing them. I contacted Back Market, sent the phones for replacement, and received confirmation that the seller had received them the day after. However, a few days later I only received back one phone. I communicate everything through chat, but it's not a fast process. At least the battery was changed on the received phone Continuing with the process, the second phone was finally resent, and to my disappointment, the battery was still weak, and not replaced at all. Very frustrating experience and such a waste of time.

    Had no problems through BackMarket before until this phone. Phone came and it looked great, no visible damage and worked fine. Sadly it was not fully unlocked for all carriers as advertised as it didn't register my SIM card. Tried to fix it but nothing worked. Sent for full refund and it was approved. I can't fault BackMarket for this though, this is more on the seller V-Tech. I am not fully put off using BackMarket, but it has definitely damaged my trust in it.
