    Item arrived as described. Great condition aesthetically. However, I have noticed my battery gets very warm, bordering hot compared to my previous phone (exact same model). Also, the touch to wake up is not very sensitive on this particular phone, only working 60% of the time. Final point, a message popped up on my phone saying that it can't be used for 15 minutes and to try again then. I waited and it's fine now - Not something I've ever seen on an iPhone. Overall I am ok with it. The hassle of getting it sent back and replaced, then reloading and recertifying all my work apps etc. isn't worth my time at the moment as I will look to get a brand new iPhone in a years time.

    Phone itself is acceptable. I’m disappointed with the battery not being original. Most disappointed by the price offered for my phone in part exchange was absolutely unacceptable, all questions asked about it’s condition where 100% so how you can reduce the offer to a Third is disgraceful. For them reasons alone is why I awarded only 3 stars. I would not have purchased the new phone if it wasn’t for the original offer. Regards.
