    Generally looked like new, the packaging seemed loose but it was in a bag so nothing would have occurred, it came with medium ear tips plus L and S tips and what looks like an original charger, the delivery was in one day (i got the free delivery option), the noise cancellation doesnt cancel all sound but thats the device not the sellers fault, worth every penny for what you get.

    I have always bought new but heard good reports from others buying certified refurbished products. After research, decided to use Back Market. The ipad was delivered promptly within days and packaged securely with a charging cable. There was not a mark on it so as new. The battery had only been charged twice and assume once was pre delivery checks so excellent battery life left. I am very happy with the ipad and service. After this experience I would definitely buy certified refurbished products again as first choice. I saved a lot of money and it is also good for the environment.

    The Delivery went smoothly with zero delays (which was expected as I paid for the faster delivery) When it came, It was in the original apple certified refurbished box (therefore straight from apple) with 100% battery health and no marks what so ever, one thing that i would say (not a big thing but would prefer) is if the refurbisher could update their product to save time as I got it at 4pm and stayed up till 10pm because there were 3 updates i couldn’t avoid in order to set up, Would recommend Back market premium over Apple refurbished due to being around £50 cheaper than at apple
