    Honestly i was very hesitated to order a refurbished item especially AirPods I’ve lost 2 pairs before and the best fit for my ears was the 2 gen, glad back market has them for a decent price.     If I am honest I was sceptical and who wouldn’t be buying 2nd hand tech. I took the plunge and I am so glad I did. My Apple Watch arrived today and wow! It is as good as new.     The watch was described as 'very good' but I would rate it as excellent. There was no sign of it having ever been used and it was packaged extremely well; it also arrived quickly as promised. In terms of the Trade-In, again this was handled very smoothly and I was paid ahead of the timescales provided so it was an extremely good experience. However, I would comment that the Royal Mail Tracking Tool did not show that the item had been delivered as I suspect it had not been scanned - but this is a criticism of Royal Mail rather than BackMarket. I would be happy to recommend BackMarket as I have had no issues with any of the several items I have bought through them. I am also strongly in favour of the principles of recycling whenever possible.
