    My apple keyboard was delivered in a very thin plastic bag, with one layer of very thin bubble wrap to protect it. The postman posted it through my door, which fell onto my tiled floor and it looks like it’s chipped the corner, although it’s hard to tell whether it was like that before. No fragile sticker, absolutely no protection at all. The mouse that I bought was wrapped in a cardboard box, which is great, but the keyboard wrapping was shocking. Not ideal for a £70 apple keyboard.

    On the outside, the product shipped in good condition. Exactly how it was described. The issue is the quality assurance process leaves allot to be desired. I was shipped an iPad Magic Keyboard with a non functional “P” key. There may have been more that were not working but that was the first I found. It seems like such a simple defect to find if the claims of rigorous testing from the Backmarket commercials are to be believed. I think the Backmarket concept is amazing and I really wanted it to work out for me but so far it has been a choice that has ended in regret.

    Delivered in one thin piece of bubble wrap in a poly postage bag. Posted through a 1 meter high letter box onto a hard concrete floor. Old batteries left inside the keyboard and had leaked white residue. Put new batteries in, turned on and the keyboard was found by my Mac, typed the number in and it started searching again. Found the keyboard, typed in the number and it started searching again. Wouldn’t connect and I tried tens of times over a week. Shocking packaging, shocking delivery time and no updates to even say it was shipped. Shocking condition with old leaky batteries left in, and obviously not tested to see if it would connect. Shocking website/app to get any type of help. The whole thing seems to make it so difficult, I’m sure BackMarket do it on purpose hoping you will give up and not try and get your money back!! Shocking from the word go, my first order and definitely my last. I will not be back. Item being posted back tomorrow!!

    a couple of times now I've purchased mobile phones from back market this time I purchased an iPhone 12 max pro and it was supposed to be in excellent condition but when I received the iPhone there were scuffs and scratches all around the chrome sides and also the mobile phone wasn't even cleaned or wiped down before it was posted so I had to get my wife to clean it with a toot brush there was also a small scratch on the screen the only reason it wasnt returned was because it was a birthday present for my son and I didn't have time to return it to get a replacement iPhone because my son's birthday was the next day the mobile phone definitely wasn't excellent which was what I'd paid for l am disappointed

    I wouldn’t recommend this seller at all, I first ordered this MacBook but apparently it was lost in shipping so I didn’t recieve it but backmarket handled the refund very well. I then re ordered the same one and it came the next day but I received the completely wrong model and wrong colour and to top it off, it didn’t even start up LOL it was faulty! Have sent it off now for a return hopefully I will recieve my refund asap as I will be purchasing elsewhere.
