Phone arrived yesterday which looked great but unfortunately the camera doesn't work with the note 'camera failed'. I have followed instructions including restarting the phone, updating apps and finally doing a full factory reset. None regretfully make a difference and the camera still isn't working. Tried to contact customer services but the website keeps sending me back to how to fix the problem. Seems there is no easy way to contact Back Market about a product that doesn't work - leaving me with the impression that there isn't a customer service and I have a phone that doesn't work.
