    At first everything was smooth and easy. Upon receiving the item I noticed I'd been sent the correct device but with the incorrect storage, in a phone with no expandable storage options losing half of the internal is a big deal. I contacted and returned the item, still smooth and easy. I got a notification that the seller had received my item and my replacement request on the Wednesday, on the Friday following I messaged for an update where I was told that it would be Monday at the latest. Come Tuesday am I again asked for an update, I was told at 9am they had contacted the seller and will let me know asap. 4:30pm Tuesday I again asked for an update. The reply came 10am Wednesday I get the new tracking info and an apology. Thursday I check the tracking in the AM and PM nothing, Friday 4pm I got a new message saying something has gone wrong with Tracking and that I can request a new device or a refund, as I'm really in need of the device I asked again for a replacement. Customer service has been fine but the experience as a whole has put me off from using this service again.
