    So obviously i came here for a refurbished phone of which i got, decided to get the “excellent quality” version of the iphone 13 pro max, the phone is nice and clean with tiny little notches here and there but nothing on the actual screen itself but i’m more concerned at the battery life % for an excellent condition phone paying a fairly high price and still get 87% kinda sucks to be honest.

    Very happy with my new refurbished iPad. I was kept informed on delivery time and it duly arrived, bang on time. It was well packaged so you have no reason to have concerns on that score. I ordered one as new and it lived up to expectations. I’m not very techie but I found it easy to set up. All in all: delighted!

    I bought this phone to replace a very old smart phone so I'm very impressed with the modern features, though it's bigger and harder to hold and I can barely use it one-handed. I read that the hardware is good so I flashed the operating system to CalyxOS to get all of the Google stuff out of my way and now it works really well as a simple Android 13 phone for photography, communication, authentication and minesweeper. It arrived very quickly and was in near-perfect condition - just the plastic around the fingerprint sensor on the back was slightly worn, which is completely unnoticeable most of the time and will probably be covered by a case.

    The ipad was really in pretty good condition. Though only rated in the lowest category of 'gair' it was super clean and had only a couple of light scratches that could be seen close up. From a distance it could pass for new or almost new. It also runs very smoothly for a Gen 1 machine. I've given it four stars because I'm generally happy.The only reason I haven't given the extra star is because, though it can be updated it can't run the latest ios 17. This wasn't made fully clear, though I should have checked the information online.For my purposes, which is to use it mainly as an e-reader forsheet music it doesn't matter so I'm happy. However, if you want to use the latest apps, some of which (e.g. Garageband) will run only on ios 17 then you will want to look at some of the later gen models. However, for me this is fine for what I need and comes in at about one sixth of the new price.

    The phone itself is great. It's exactly what I wanted as its the same as mine and I ordered this one for my wife. Quality and delivery spot on. Only point cannot understand why you sent a charging cable with a usb c connector on each end which is pretty useless.

    It’s pretty worth it for how much u pay. I got excellent 128GB and it had no scratches or anything which was great. However even though the battery health is 100% the charging goes down pretty fast which is the only downside

    The phone was delivered promptly and performs well. The only niggle is that it was described as ‘Good’, but the screen has a small blemish within its construction. It is only apparent in certain light and angles, but once you see it you know it’s there.
