    I bought this product having been skeptical of buying refurbished. But how wrong I was! Premium from inside to out, this ‘premium’ condition iPhone was literally brand new! I almost couldn’t fault anything: battery capacity at 100%, bodywork pristine. The only small fault would be the tiniest of micro scratches on one of the camera lenses (you’d almost have to use a magnifying glass), but this is nothing more than a minor inconvenience. Very happy with my purchase and can’t recommend BackMarket enough!

    I got the iPhone 16 512GB in “Good” condition and I’m so glad I didn’t overthink it. I was really tempted to go for “Excellent” or “Premium”, but I just closed my eyes and chose “Good” without the new battery option. Honestly, it’s perfect. It’s what I thought excellent or premium would be. If you’ve got an iPhone 13 and you need to upgrade but you’re stuck between the different conditions, just get Good with the normal battery. Mine came with 100% battery health anyway. The other day I left the house at 2pm on 76%. I got home at 11pm and it was still on 19%. That’s amazing. No battery anxiety, no issues. There are no scuffs, no dents, nothing. It genuinely looks brand new. Also, don’t buy a case before it arrives because it already comes with one. All you need is a screen protector, a charger head and some earphones and you’re set. I never give 10/10 or 5/5 reviews because I don’t believe anything is ever truly perfect, but this is as close as it gets. It’s also better for the environment and I’m not paying £95 a month on a contract. I can keep my £15 SIM only deal and save my money. You really don’t need to spend extra on Excellent or Premium. Good is more than enough.

Had screen protector too love that… battery was at 100% … it did arrive later than said date by a day but that’s not back markets problem more like a carrier issue so all in all save ur coin … buy refurbished save the planet 😁

    I'm actually really surprised at this. I thought I'd give this service a go (they have a good returns policy too) and see what I could get for the money. It came in at a cost I couldn't resist and I'm glad I made the purchase. The condition is "fair" - just a few scratches on the back and a small dent, nothing that can't be disguised by a case which I'd be putting on anyway. The screen works perfectly and haven't had any issues. The QC seems absolutely fine for these pre-owned/refurbished models. If you're on the fence I'd make the leap. My particular iPad got delivered the next day as well, very happy with that.
