    I’m really impressed with the iPhone 15 Pro - I wouldn’t be able to tell the difference between it and a brand new unused phone. I appreciated that the packaging was all recyclable, and that the phone came in a case to keep it safe. I already ordered a phone case to use, which is compostable. I’m eco-conscious, which is why I loved the idea of getting a refurbished phone and trading my old one in. So the one suggestion I have is to instead provide compostable phone cases, as I feel it’s unlikely most people will continue to use the clear one provided.

    Everything works great on the device itself and the device looks amazing, quality is perfect as if it was brand new especially with 100% battery capacity. However when i first got it, it randomly repeatedly said “no sim card available” and my signal would disappear for a couple mins even though the sim card was in the phone and the right way round, it has stopped recently so i think its fixed itself so overall an amazing phone and great quality.
