    Hi I purchased this phone a couple of weeks ago and was amazed at the quality it was in perfect condition arrived within a couple of days of ordering very good service all round I would definitely recommend and I certainly wouldn’t buy new again

    I'm really pleased. The visual condition was 'good' as described, no scratches on the screen (dunno how the previous owner managed that..), and everything works fine. It was delivered fast and was a great price. I encountered a problem - there's an area of the screen that does not respond to touch. I contacted the seller about this and got a prompt response. They offered to have it back but we negotiated a partial refund instead - I can live with the problem and at the price, it's still great. I was really pleased with the honest and sensible negotiations with the seller, who wsa very reasonable and responsive. I'm recommending backmarket to others now.

    Ref my "Excellent" S9 Samsung working. I can say though that the service to date has been brilliant. The phone arrived 18hrs after I ordered it, very securely packed and looking like new along with a charging lead and plug. Very impressed and I have already recommended you to my friends.

    like many others i was a bit apprehensive in purchasing a used mobile. read the reviews so thought id go for it. i chose a S20 in Good condition. the mobile arrived promptly and to my surprise iit was as described. barely noticeable mark on the back of the phone, tbh i was expecting more scratches etc. i have used it for a week and so far so good. i will defo be using Back Market again for future purchases saving the Planet and my Pennies. lol

    The phone itself was good quality and in decent condition. However, the battery life was abysmal and I had to return it based on this. The seller was very helpful and even sent another battery from Ebay, but this battery was even worse. It may just be that this type of phone battery is just not good. I would definitely buy from this seller again as the support and communication was very good.
