    I'd been waiting for weeks for this exact spec of MacBook Pro to show on BackMarket. I was happy to pay a bit extra for "Excellent" condition which is described as "may have very light micro-scratches, invisible at a distance of 20 centimetres" When this one came up, I ordered it straight away. When it finally arrived I was massively disappointed that it was "Good" condition at best, and more likely "Fair" which should have been hundreds of pounds cheaper. On this MacBook, there was a very clear scratch mark near the keys, visible at over 2 METRES away. I contacted BackMarket to arrange a return, but even this process was a hassle initially, with me being asked to drive a distance to a drop-off point. With this experience, I'm not sure I'd want to use BackMarket again, and would likely go back to eBay or Amazon.
