    The phone is great! What left the experience down was the shocking service from the DPD delivery service. They failed to deliver 3 times resulting in it going to my local post office. Meanwhile my 'old' phone completely broke (which us why I was replacing, due to its deterioration.) I could not then retrieve much information from it, even a tech specialist couldn't. I am devastated that I lost photos, files, etc. DPD really let Backmarket down.

    The iPhone was bought for my grandson because all of his school timetables, homework projects etc are delivered by phone. It was delivered quickly, in excellent condition with no visible signs of use and works perfectly. He is extremely pleased with it. The following 'accessories' section was given minimum stars because there weren't any received or ordered and it wasn't possible to submit the review without applying any stars. This is the only negative thing I have found with Backmarket service. Everything else has been top notch.

    The iPhone was in immaculate condition I’m really impressed with this for the price point. It was sent with a usb c - usb c charger though which won’t work for this model, it needs a usb c - lightning cable. Fortunately we had one of these cables on hand to charge it up right away.
