    Item in good condition as stated. We have experienced a small problem in that the videos filmed on it can be slightly juddery, and a look around on Reddit shows that it can be a problem on some models with the older processor . However if you slow down any panning ,this helps greatly.........and it is one of the cheaper iphones, so overall satisfied with the purchase.

    Process fine and easy. Phone I ended up paying £200 for is not much better than my trade in that I was offered £40 for (but then subsequently £20 because scratches somehow appeated with no option to contest), battery is just as bad in new phone and screen occassionally unresponsive. I thought it would be good to recycle but will think again next time for that price tag

    Cosmetically this is as described - good screen and phone etc. The battery is listed as 88% capacity, but I don't think that's really true. It drains pretty quickly with standard use. Additionally, my biggest gripe is that this phone was made in Japan so the camera shutter noise comes on in airplane mode and it is impossible to disable that. This was not listed in the information about this phone on the website information. While not a deal-breaker, this is annoying and if I knew that information I wouldn't have purchased this model, so I am a bit dissapointed by that. Otherwise, it's as reported and working fine.
