    seller has used parts not meant for the phones. this s23 ultra is have received has been fitted with a 60hz screen rather than the 120hz it should have. all setti.gs for 120hz have been turned on and I know there are no other issues. there using cheaper parts to refurbished the phones which make them worse. returning this and requesting they either replace or give me a phone with the correct screen
