    For such a brand new product, I would have liked to receive it in a box and well packaged. It was just in bubble wrap and a cardboard box, with nothing else to protect it. It's a shame about a like-new refurb, maybe leave two words for your refurbisher that I dealt with. And the headphones and charger are not apple brands, so it's a very bad idea to charge a new phone with these. Luckily I already have iPhone-certified chargers.
