    I had a very unpleasant experience with an Iphone 13 in excellent condition sold by SELL MY CELL EUROPE LIMITED! The phone I received was not in excellent condition at all. In no way did it look according to the specifications given on the website regarding this "excellent" condition. The phone was suitable for "good", not "excellent" status. The most disappointing thing and the one that worried me the most was that the phone came with a very DEEP scratch on the screen!!!! There was also a very large scratch on the back, very visible scratches near the cameras, in the corners and near the charging port. Also the phone came very dirty, it had not even been wiped. I'll also write something positive, the phone had the battery at 95% :). But that deep scratch on the screen and the rest of the scratches that weren't micro-scratches at all (as they pretend to sell a phone in "excellent" condition) made me return this phone immediately. When you buy from this site you have to be lucky to get what you want or be lucky to get what they claim to sell. This is mainly due to who sells you the phone! I speak of luck because I placed another order which had a different seller (NI Britain Tech Ltd) and it was up to my expectations (finally!). A phone in truly excellent condition! As a recommendation it would be perfect if pictures of the product being sold were available on the site. Pictures that clearly show all the imperfections of the phone. Many sites that sell reconditioned phones offer you the possibility to see pictures of the phone you are going to buy.
