    El pedido ha llegado en excelentes condiciones, yo compré el estado de excelente donde pone que la batería debería llegar en un 85% más o menos y ns si he tenido suerte, pero me ha llegado en un 96%. Llevo 2 semanas con el móvil y todo funciona correctamente, no he tenido ningún problema, por ahora. Pero, al llegar el pedido vi que el cargador tenía como un bulto y pensaba que sería normal al ser un producto reacondicionado, pero no. Ya que puse a cargar el móvil y al principio cargaba perfectamente, eso sí se sobrecalentaba muchísimo, hasta que de repente dejó de cargar de la nada. Hablé con la atención al cliente, los cuales han sido muy rápidos y eficaces, y me dieron a elegir entre 2 opciones: a) Pedir un nuevo cargador al proveedor b) Ingresarme 10€ en mi cuenta para comprar otro cargador Hasta aquí todo bien, yo elegí la opción del nuevo cargador, pero me dijeron que el proveedor no tenía en stock, que no me podrían enviar otro y que me harían la transacción de los 10€. Yo la vd es que esto no lo entendí, ya que no les metí ninguna prisa y podría haber esperado a que tuvieran stock de nuevo, pero no me dieron la opción y me enviaron el dinero directamente. El problema, es que con 10€ no puedo comprar un nuevo cargador, ya que todos valen mínimo 25€. En conclusión, el móvil ha llegado mejor de lo esperado, pero el cargador no funciona y la solución que me han dado no me ha servido, ya que con ese dinero no me da para comprarme uno nuevo.
