    I recently bought an iPhone 15 from Backmarket and I'm very disappointed with the way I received the product. First of all, the phone wasn't even in its original box, which is already a big drawback. Secondly, it was barely wrapped in bubble wrap, offering insufficient protection during transport. To top it all off, I received the wrong USB-C cable, which is really frustrating. I expected better service and attention to detail from Backmarket.
