    I received the iMac without any problems. it works well, it was well wrapped in bubble wrap. I've been using it for a while now, but I'm not sure if it's a Mac mouse or a PC mouse, so I'm not sure if it's a cheap mouse. The second downside is that when I opened the package, I saw boxes of compresses inside, and at first glance I thought the guy didn't want to go to the waste disposal center to put all these boxes inside. But then I noticed that the products were still very well packed. The only thing I noticed was a lack of professionalism in terms of the cardboard boxes and swabs found inside (see photo below).

    Die Ursprüngliche Lieferung war sehr schnell und das Gerät in Top zustand mit OVP. Es hat auch ein Jahr lang einwandfrei funktioniert, bis das FaceID nicht mehr funktionierte. Auf meine Anfrage zur Reparatur wurde mir schnell geantwortet und mir die Optionen geboten den Zeitwert oder ein Austauschgerät zu erhalten. Ich entschied mich für ein Austauschgerät. Die Antwort auf meinen Wunsch ließ dann eine Weile auf sich warten, als ich nach 6 Wochen anrief sagte man mir man hätte mir ein Etikett zum zurücksenden des alten Geräts geschickt. Dieses war nie bei mir angekommen, vielleicht ein Fehler im System. Nach dem Telefonat bekam ich auf jeden Fall das Etikett, Verschickte mein Telefon und eine Woche später hatte ich das Austauschgerät in der Hand. Dieses ist vom optischen Zustand super und auch Technisch voll funktionsfähig. Lediglich die Batterie wurde Getauscht, zumindest zeigt das Telefon das es keine Originale ist und kann auch den Batteriezustand nicht anzeigen. Der Akku hält für mich ausreichend lange. Insofern bin ich Happy und kann nur sagen das meine Erfahrung mit BackMarket fast ausschlieslich Positiv war (bis auf das eben genannte warten auf eine Antwort, hätte mich aber auch früher nachhaken können. Bin da sehr geduldig ;) Cheers
