    It takes a lot of time to decide should I go with back market or not. I was like let's try it if not ok I'll return, but honestly speaking it comes up with all the unexpected things, delivery in two days, packaging was professional and the last thing laptop was up to mark as I go with fair one so minimal scratch on it which is acceptable.

    Amazing condition, very clean, packaged beautifully! I use it for intensive photo editing and ran it through it's paces and it's performed very well, it does get quite hot but it's easily fixed with a good laptop stand. Battery does drain a little fast but I think that's down to my intense use.

    Given that I bought it in fair condition, this MacBook came in excellent condition! Cycle count was only 39 and it genuinely has so much more life to give. It is day 1 so I will see how it goes but I am over joyed as I was overthinking on what condition to get and some reviews put me off. Also came with the right charger!

    The Dell laptop was actually better than described - perfect condition. I downloaded the updates and Windows 11 and it works a treat. There was only the Microsoft 'bloatware' so I got rid of that easily, and I have a great laptop at a very reasonable price! It only came with a power adaptor and nothing else, but the manuals and the Dell SupportAssist are easily found on the Dell website and downloaded.
