    Very picular delivery service by DPD, I received a text in the morning that I will receive a delivery today with one hour delivery window. When I checked the update on back market about my order, it was saying it's still preparing. I thought it could be another delivery I was expecting. I was at home waiting for delivery and suddenly my neighbour called me at 12:15pm saying there was a big box left in corridor down stairs. when I came down to check it was my laptop left outside. I got so furious on DPD delivery service, they didn't even bothered to call my flat number to inform me of this delivery. I spend almost £500 on this order and this delivery service didn't even bothered to inform me of this delivery. who would have paid for this item if someone might have picked it up. very poor service. If there is a way to complain I would have done it but they are useless in any way. Item purchased is good otherwise with a glitch on left mouse button. but that minimum issue. product wise 4 stars and delivery wise 1 star, hence 3 stars, don't know how to do 2.5 star.

    Item arrived (not as advertised) against specifications, initially provided detail how to add WiFi then advised unavailable, no Bluetooth option either also included in spec, further solution included an unacceptable option and refund. Based on experience to date where communication to find a solution appears to have with my correspondences ignored, I have no confidence I would receive a refund. Recommendation, purchase new from a reputable organisation to avoid similar experience.
