    Love Backmarket. Really I do. I wish you'd be clearer on comparability. I've bought a HP Elite which is locked to Windows 10 and cannot upgrade to Windows 11. It's a disappointment which reduces the lifetime of the laptop.

    Fantastic condition, great price. So little sign of wear that it gave me confidence in BackMarket's condition assessments and I order an iPhone too! One little thing I had to sort out I'll mention it here as it may stump others too. I installed my usual UK tv Players. Some programmes would not play and gave the error message 'not available in your region'. So, I checked the settings and the region was correctly set to the UK. However I noticed that the iPad time was our by several hours. Checking the time settings, I discovered it was set to the LA (Los Angeles) time zone. I changed that and all programmes played perfectly. So, just a heads-up to other buyers and the BackMarket techies. I recommend BM to all my family and friends, excellent service, products, and value. Thanks

    1. Quality of product. I ordered this in excellent condition. I was initially a bit concerned given a previous review. Nevertheless, I soldiered through and hoped for the best. To which end, I was ecstatic at the quality of the product. To quote my mum “this looks brand new”. Very much true of the online description; there were no scratches, the screen was clean, keys and other aspects of the laptop may have been replaced as new. The battery was basically brand new! Only having 2 cycles on it. 2. Customer Service. After spending the afternoon exploring the MacBook (I’m a lifelong Windows user bare with), I realised I would need to charge it. At which point, I realise that the charger which came (which was I assume the original charger for the laptop) with the laptop, didn’t work. I immediately emailed backmarket (albeit late at night). I received a response first thing in the morning. I was offered a refund - £30.00 but I was also offered a replacement product - however I needed the charger ASAP, so took the refund. 3. Delivery I ordered the MacBook on Monday morning (circa 2am - late night delirium got the better of me). I selected the normal shipping. By Monday afternoon, the laptop was shipped and due to be delivered on Tuesday. I, being a muppet, missed the delivery slot. However very quick!
