    The item was sold to me as good quality however the battery is undetected therefore I can only use the tablet when plugged into a socket. In addition, the touch screen doesn't work therefore I can only use the item with the keypad. Both faults have workarounds however I am extremely disappointed that I am unable to use the item for its intended use. The customeer service was unhelpful and sent scripted responses rather than registering the unique messages I was sending.

    Well priced and item arrived quickly, however I was sent the wrong item. The items I ordered was meant to have a 500GB SSD but instead I was sent a device that had a HDD. Pretty big mess up. To give BackMarket credit, they did offer to replace the item, but this would require me to send back the item, have it evaluated and then a replacement sent. Meaning I would be without the work computer for over a week, possibly two. Unfortunately not possible for me as the device was purchaed urgently because it’s needed for work. So can’t afford to be without a device for that long. In the end BackMarket offered a £10 partial refund… I understand that to protect their sellers they have to recieve the item back first, but it’s ironic that the only person out of pocket is the customer. Not really Backmarkets fault, more the seller but something to watch out for! Make sure you have double checked you’ve been sent the correct item. Learn from my mistake not to just trust that it says the correct storage amount in the settings, but to physically open the device and review the actual hard drive installed. Not sure how I feel about it all. The device is good, price was good, and still is okay ish considering it’s a HDD but at the end of the day not what I ordered, and no convenient way of rectifying the issue

    Quality and delivery were top notch. Never done refurbished before but glad I did, will likely come back for any future tech. Only thing holding back from a 5* is it came with Windows 10 rather than the advertised 11 so had to manually upgrade, and it was a UK keyboard layout not the advertised US.

    One of the worst purchases I’ve every made. Selling a laptop that is “fully functional” it has no sound no audio input or output someone else had the same issue in the reviews and the seller continues to sell the same faulty products he doesn’t reply to my inquiries or I wouldn’t have wrote this review. All together a waste of time and money.

    I have already sent a complaint that the item arrived dirty. I also found that the speakers weren't working and when I hovered over the speaker icon it said "No audio device installed" I tried updating the drivers but I got a message saying "Drivers not found" I then went to Windows update and found that there was an error message saying "Your device is missing important security updates" (or words to that effect) a huge list of essential updates that had not been performed and an optional update which fixed the sound issue. While I can understand that one update may have become available after the laptop was re-furbished there shouldn't have been a huge list of them, and someone should have tested the laptop before it was despatched as they would have discovered that the sound wasn't working. All in all very poor service, I should not have received the laptop if it wasn't working 100%
