    The product quality was excellent just like the name suggested, it was an almost perfect order! The monitor came in great condition although it came in a Dell ultrawide monitor box which I didn't mind, my only gripe is that the usb-c cable that came with it was not a high bandwidth usb-c like the one that ships with the monitor if you were to buy it brand new, which is required to connect the display over usb c so I had to buy my own. Apart from that though I don't think I'll ever be buying brand new again for my own use, refurb all the way!
