    So far so good. It’s my first Mac so I’m getting used to it. It’s in great condition. The pad was a bit slow but I’ve speed this up and hopefully I’m swiping in the right place. Really pleased with it after a week.

    I made a purchase which didnt work with my current imac (my bad) but back market were great as i had to return it. just bought a refurbished imac with 16 gb of ram and a 2 TB hd for a great price. never using ebay again! its Back Market from now on. great and understanding staff made a frustrated me calm again. compared to other refurbished web sites they are the best.

    Brilliant. Hated Microsoft trying to make me buy a new laptop to run Win10 so decided to defect to Apple as I have iPhone and iPad but didn’t want to commit to a lot of money as I don’t use a laptop much ( and was a bit scared of Mac is)! Best thing I ever did. I love the MacBook Air and at some point may get a newer one if I need it. Your website and service (so far) are great and as my husband has just written off yet another refurb windows laptop, I’ll be back to it very soon ( but he’ll have to stick with Windows as he’ll never manage Mac!)

    A beautiful clean machine fast delivery will have to upgrade OS but Browser still works so no problem. Obviously slow by modern standards but more than adequate. I have all my Apple products from them inc 2 beautiful watches.

    This refurbished unit arrived in good condition, exhibiting only minor cosmetic imperfections such as a single scratch on the lid. It included a new battery and has been successfully upgraded to macOS Monterey (though this is not officially supported; macOS Monterey represents the latest compatible operating system). Performance is exceptionally smooth with minimal heat generation, a significant improvement over my previous 2019 MacBook Pro, which recently failed. Due to budget constraints, this model was the optimal replacement, and I am very satisfied with its performance.
