AVOID LIKE THE PLAQUE Actual phone and delivery was fine. However, upon setting up there was a Google account still connected, therefore I couldn't access the phone. A long winded process getting back in touch with the seller, given the option to send back to Germany for them to assess. No apology, got my name wrong, had to ask for free return label, no acknowledgement or reason given as to why account still on. In fact, no constructive communication. Didn't trust the phone having to do 2 additional trips so ended up having to fork out an additional £50 to get phone unlocked via local phone shop. PrimeTeq (the refurb company) offered me 20euros which I stated was more of an insult. They refuse to engage in conversation with me now and BackMarket have never stepped in. No apologies from anyone. My one and only Back Market experience

The display broke after 3 months. I then had to repair it myself because the device had to be deleted when it was sent in. This also invalidated the warranty (see terms and conditions). Tip: Regularly back up the iPhone via iTunes :-).
